Babies Swimming - Unsanitary?

I would think if it was so unsanitary that they would not have baby swim cles. The swim diapers will hold in the poo, so no one sees it because that would be pretty nasty, but the chlorine should kill everything, thats why its there, to stop the spread of disease and illness. Besides, how many grown adults pee in the pool? Not much different.
