Indiana divorce Johnson County, want to move to Marion?

I am in the midst of a custody dispute and my lease is up. Myself and my ex currently live in Johnson county, In. I want to move to Marion County which is one county away and probably 5-10 minutes farther than where I live now. there is nothing in our paperwork prohibiting this. I guess I just don't know if I can move counties with children involved. Any help would be appreciated!
