Can I buy Motorola Atrix from Bell, Quebec without contract as a visitor?

I am going to Quebec next month for like 7 days. I want to buy the Motorola Atrix from Canada. Can I buy it without contract (price listed as $599.99) and take it out of Canada? Actually I live in Bangladesh and frequency band of the handset is supported here.
