Im thawing out chicken legs as we speak...?

I would cook them at around 350-375. You can put the BBQ sauce on whenever you like, I'd also put some salt and pepper on them before you put the sauce on. If you put the sauce on right from the start, you may want to loosely cover them with tin foil, just in case the sauce starts to burn a bit. If you do this, just take the foil off for the last 10 minutes or so to crisp them up a bit. Good luck!
