Any stores like delias?

besides like alloy, forever 21, hollister, abcrombie, aero & all that stuff. Like a month ago i saw a good store but then i lost the page and now i cant find it. But i signed up to get like special e-mails from the store & i cant find any & they ask you were you heard of them when you sign up & delias was on the list to pick from so i dont know if that helps at all :P thanks!
