Will the bikers all leave myrtle beach on the 31st this year?? Or do some tend to stay?

We are coming to myrtle on Monday June 1st, and i was just curious if they would all be gone or if some tend to stay? we will be staying in north myrtle, which i think is where they all have to stay bc myrtle doesnt allow bikes? but then again it's also called the atlantic bike beach festival so are they staying in atlantic beach?
