When will Bush be tried for treason?

The pure fact that the SPP has been signed between Mexico, the USA and Canada proves that Bush is intent on making the North American Union between the 3 countries. Further more the MEMOS that Chertoff sent which states that the DHS ANSWERS to the SPP adds further proof that Bush is intent on undermining the Constitution. When you add that the Kansas City Port will soon be under Mexican control you have to be able to see that their actions are speaking louder than any words that you hear from them.
