Question about freedom of speech and guru gossip?

You really can't be sure of anything anymore,for instance,if you lie to the government even by error,your facing prison time,however,the government is lying to us every day and no one seems to be getting in any kind of trouble.Besides,your better of not critisizing anyone. LoL
