Husband changes mind constantly?

My husband wanted to start a deli business. He asked for a loan and was denied. I went ahead and took out the loan under my name. We searched for restaurant supplies, have not bought any yet. Now he is telling me he wants to go to a contract job overseas. And let his brother run the deli business while he is in Kuwait. Im not understanding how he can have both. He says it is easy. I am trying to make him understand. Any advice or words?
